You may browse and use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

All artwork, images, designs, text, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of Grace Nastase Art unless otherwise stated.

  • Purchasing an artwork or print does not transfer copyright. The artist retains all reproduction and image rights unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Commissions and Custom Work

For commissioned pieces:

  • A deposit (typically 30–50%) may be required before work begins.
     

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started, as materials and time are invested.
     

  • Final payment is due upon completion before shipment or digital delivery.
     

  • I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission request at my discretion.
     

All commissioned works remain the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

4. Purchases and Payments

If you purchase artwork, prints, or products through this Site:

  • All prices are listed in your local currency or as displayed on the site.
     

  • Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments, PayPal, or other trusted payment processors.
     

  • We do not store or have access to full credit card details.
     

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email through Wix or PayPal.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times vary depending on location, product type, and availability.
     

  • You’ll receive tracking details where applicable once your order has shipped.
     

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
     

 

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Original artworks, commissions, and limited-edition prints are non-refundable except in cases of damage during shipping.
     

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

This Site may include links to external sites such as social media or online stores. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for supporting Grace Nastase Art. Below you’ll find details about how orders are processed, shipped, and handled in the rare case of returns or damage.

 

1. Processing Times

Original artwork: Usually ships within 7–10 business days after purchase.

Paper prints: Made to order; please allow 10–14 business days for printing and preparation before shipment.

Giclée prints: Made to order; please allow 14–21 business days for printing and preparation before shipment. 

Your products are shipped from Hawaii, therefore shipping times may vary. Please anticipate your shipments within these ranges, however if you do not receive your package within the projected times refer to Section 5. Lost or Delayed Packages for next steps.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a follow-up email with tracking information when your item ships. If you are purchasing an original painting or giclée print, please note it is a larger package and may take longer than the estimated delivery date.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Currently, shipping is a flat fee of $12 (US dollars). This is subject to change.
     

  • Orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on destination).
     

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees — these are the buyer’s responsibility.
     

If you’d like expedited shipping or special handling, please contact me before placing your order.

 

3. Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely:

  • Original paintings are wrapped and reinforced with protective materials and shipped flat.

  • Prints are shipped in protective mailing tubes. The print is rolled in between protective paper and secured into the mailing tube. Your print will need to be flattened upon arrival, I recommend flattening underneath heavy books for a couple days before hanging or framing!

  • Giclée canvas prints are wrapped and reinforced with protective materials and shipped flat. Giclee prints come ready to hang.
     

 

4. Refunds 

At Grace Nastase Art, we take pride in the quality of each handmade piece. If you're not satisfied with your order, we're happy to help!

Because each artwork and print is created or made to order, all sales are final except in cases of damage or loss during shipping.

We understand that certain issues may arise in the shipment of the painting or print. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at gracenastaseart@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once we receive this from you, we’ll evaluate your situation. Your refund will be processed and an email confirmation will be sent to the original email on the order. Some situations may only qualify for partial refunds, such as items with signs of use, missing tags, or damaged packaging.
 

I’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or partial refund depending on the situation.

Refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or color preference cannot be accepted.

 

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Double-check your shipping address and tracking number.
     

  2. Contact the carrier directly for delivery updates.
     

  3. If the issue isn’t resolved, contact me and I’ll help you investigate or replace the item when possible.
     

 

6. International Orders

International shipping is available to most locations.
Please note that delivery times vary by region, and customs processing can cause additional delays.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
